A grown-up can email info@kasigainnovations.ca. Please include your device model, iOS version and what happened. You do not need to send a child's name or learning-progress backup.

Free starter and Full Adventure

The free starter includes two stages on each of the four islands. It has no time limit and never turns into an automatic charge. Full Adventure is one optional in-app purchase that unlocks all 64 main stages, 24 rescue stages and buddy dress-up. There are no ads or subscriptions.

Restore a purchase

Open the gear for Grown-up settings, choose Unlock full adventure or Purchases, complete the grown-up gate, and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase and an internet connection. Pending Ask to Buy requests must be approved before the adventure unlocks.

Move or protect learning progress

In Grown-up settings, use Save backup to export a progress file. On the new device, use Restore backup to import it. Restoring an Apple purchase restores access to content, not learning progress. Export a backup before removing the app or changing devices.

Sound and spoken help

Tap the speaker to repeat the current question. Check the device volume, Silent Mode and the Spoken help and Game sounds switches in Grown-up settings. Narration is included with the app for offline play.

Choose an explorer or age

Open Grown-up settings and choose Choose explorer / age. Explorers have separate progress. Age chooses the starting challenge; it is stored on the device.
